Fuel polishing for diesel and all contaminated fuels

Save money and improve machinery efficiency with fuel polishing

Fuel polishing is a cost-effective, non-disruptive solution designed to keep generators, engines, and fuel systems operating at peak performance. By removing contaminants and restoring fuel quality, it helps you avoid costly downtime and the expense of emergency fuel replacement.

As well as improving performance, fuel polishing reduces environmental impact by extending the life of existing fuel—eliminating the need for disposal and replacement.

Does your fuel measure up?

Fuel that is stored for extended periods is highly susceptible to contamination. Over time, water, bacteria, sludge, and tank residue can accumulate, leading to degraded fuel quality.

These contaminants can cause blocked filters, reduced efficiency, and ultimately equipment failure—resulting in unexpected and costly downtime.

The fuels we clean include:

• Diesel
• Red diesel
• Kerosene
• Biofuels

Benefits of fuel polishing:

• Cost-effective alternative to fuel replacement
• Non-disruptive process with minimal downtime
• Extends the lifespan of engines and equipment
• Improves fuel efficiency and performance
• Reduces environmental impact and waste

The fuel polishing process

We take fuel samples both before and after treatment to ensure optimal results. Using advanced fuel conditioning equipment, we measure contamination levels and apply a combination of high-efficiency filtration and depolymerisation techniques.

This process removes water, sediment, and microbial growth, restoring fuel to a clean, usable condition. In many cases, fuel systems can remain operational during the process, depending on contamination levels—minimising disruption to your operations.
