Six separate lifts over a one year duration in Malden, London
To strip out and replace all plant and equipment from the roof and plant rooms on a 19 storey building which is located next to a mainline train station entrance and busy railway line. Planning was key to ensure the project ran smoothly and the public was always kept safe.
Key aspects of the process
- Coordination with Network rail and local police station who occupied building alongside the client
- Strip out of generators, cooling towers, chillers, water tanks
- Planning of all aspects of the contact lifts, traffic and pedestrian management
